paying close attention to all the things going on. I have slowed down my everyday pace because I found myself worrying, when there is no need to worry. Worrying gets nothing accomplished, it in fact, makes things worse. It compounds anxiety if something is not completed on time or done wrong. It will not make the failings right. It may, however, make me want to quit a project or chore altogether. These chores, or jobs, are not generally choices. They are things that should get done. These are tasks that should be done right. So I will not worry myself into confusion and frustration. I will however, slow down and do things right. Regardless of who is asking: if I am ready yet? It will get done when it gets done. No more worry. I am ready.
