    Hello my dear sweet nachas del grande, you may be asking yourself: is it true that the rhythm is gonna get you?- I won't lie to you, I honestly don't know. It would be forward of me to assume that I know you well enough or long enough to be certain that at some point, maybe today, maybe tomorrow, the rhythm is in fact gonna get you. If I were to speculate though, I would venture to admit that the Estefanz were right on the money when they made that prophetic claim that resounded through all the elevators around the world. You will be fine when all is said and done. You may not notice the difference, right away, but your friends and loved ones surely will be able to tell that you have a little more swing with that thing. So relax and enjoy the ride, because if we learned anything from years of practicing the safety dance or the neutron dance, is you better bring it.

                      ASMR VIDEO: 'can I take your order?'
    Hello my dear chimichangos! I hope this day finds all of you in the best of spirits as I find myself typing this in at 9:30 in the morning on Tuesday. You see, I fell asleep last night in the middle of posting. I was listening to one of those ASMR videos that I am so fond of posting about and telling you guys how weird some of them are, when it just went from listening to it as a background while I edited some stuff, to: I think I'm going to sleep right...n  o  w. And just like that I was out.
    If any of you guys have trouble sleeping I suggest you try some of these. I don't know what calms you down, besides the obvious mood enhancers. It can be that maybe a female voice might soothe and relax you, or a deep male voice might do the trick. The soft voiced male seems to be popular. There is only one way to find a poster of video that just calms you down, it could be a female voice telling you about her guitar, or a male voice giving you a cranial exam played in a doctors role (you never know until you try). I think this is a cheap alternative to sedatives whether herbal or chemical. It's just a matter of getting used to the whispering or finding the right combination of voice/role that can instantly soothe a mind frazzled  from a day of looking for work.

    I must insist that I am not mad, grumpy, or in a bad mood. I think as things fall into place more and more I am more calm and I am able to process what is happening in the world around me. I might come off sounding or read like I am having a bad day. I am actually in a great mind set and mood. I have been posting in the olive green colors. I feel so inspired and soothed when I do these green posts. I hope I can evoke those emotions in some of you. I hope you feel calm and serene when you see them. That is my hope and intention, along with the idea of inclusiveness, and a genuine welcome. I've come to see each post as a body unto itself, each with its own personality.
