if you are like the rest of us, and your doctor suggest you take up walking or some other form of exercise to get in shape, take it as: Great news! then by all means do it! You have nothing to gain except a waistline and a pretty decent figure. If your not vain in that way, think about how nice it would be to have some extra energy. Even if you do it and don't get the waistline you wished for, exercising has that weird effect: you do it regularly, it gets you tired, yes but then shortly after you start to see a spike in your energy levels. I'm no longer dead tired by 9:00pm. I'm still doing some light drawing and painting by 10:00pm.
So you see, if you start allowing time now for getting on a routine for staying in shape regularly, if not daily, it makes incorporating anything else you may want to do, that much easier. You want to learn tap-dancing off the internet (I do, I do!), then just incorporate it into your thirty minute workout so that soon, you'll be in great shape and you can tap yourself into getting a wave of applause from your friends at the next big get together (Yay!). You want to take an internet course after work?-Great! Incorporate it to those thirty minutes you've already set aside to work out. If you spend thirty minutes a day to making things better in your life by getting yourself in better shape, physically, by working out or mentally by meditating or practicing stretching exercises with controlled breathing, Come new year you'll be ready for those new years resolutions-heck, you'll be done.
*Do Not Exercise. if your doctor suggests that you refrain from exercise.Of course, by all means then, I hope you do just that. If you cannot, then do not. 'Nuff said.
But if you can and your doctor brings it up every-time you see him, then join us. Once a day. Hydrate, too, buddy don't need you passing out.
If you still don't have a doctor, again, Mr president is working on it. Some low income medical facilities are available for those who need a bit of help already.

In case you were wondering, I got home the one day and picked a color of green that I needed for a painting project, ONLY to apply it and find it was all wrong and decided to go with a brown instead. The color brown was chosen tweaked to meet desired tone, and promptly applied. I'm now going to apply a blue tonight, regardless of all other things going on (Youtube, dinner, dessert, dessert again). I will also now refer to this painting as GREEN No.1 (I think that sounds artistic, do you guys agree?). I can continue to share my progress with you guys. I need t share to keep track of advances and to continue with my quantitative scaling. I don't think we've heard the last of GreenNo1.
