How are we doing with our exercises? We still on it? C'mon, c'mon, don't fall behind on a daily walk or workout. Its so much fun!

How's our driving? We're not the ones on the busy streets and highways driving like were possessed by the devil, or chasing your soul that got away from your body, are we? Of course not. We like to leave our homes with ample driving time. We drive with enough caution and awareness like someone that knows they're operating a two ton machine at high velocities, and not a distracted individual out there driving while on the phone ordering some pizza for dinner and then trying to beat the delivery guy home. Take care of yourselves out there and leave enough time to arrive relaxed and get a drink of water. or a cold pop. You never know when you may be called to assist a fellow in need, all this before getting to work.

Dear Dancer Diaries, just thought you should know that I went to the doctors and he said it was okay for me to continue my path of being a full time dancer/choreographer/event planner. He didn't so much say it as implied it when he said, that it looked like I was doing fine and could go home, and scheduled me for a checkup in a hot minute. Yay.
Oh I should point out that we're still getting the correct dosage for my medication as it's been over a year and it's still not right, but this visit was simple blood tests.

For those of you wondering what ever happened to Sleepy Joe. You should know that we talk all the time, and he's mad into texting me unfinished messages, some times several times a day, updating me. So it's like he's still here and we're still having our conversations where he drifts away from in the middle of them because he gets distracted by something. I feel like Lucy and Ethel without each other to encourage each others insanities. That would make me Lucy and if one of my career choices takes off (here's to all 10 career choices taking off, as I cross fingers), except I would be without DESI and I'd be in charge of the club and band. It would probably be a different type of music, too. Sleepy Joe thinks he's been bitten by a spider and  he's worried it will get worse before too long. Although he seems to have been bitten by a mosquito by his description, of the bump and resulting itchiness that he woke up with.
