Thursday- better and better, thank you very much. And sweating and walking.

I cannot think of a better way to spend time than making things better. Making life better. Just better. I can't help it. That's just the way I'm wired. I'll be laying there watching something on television and it will hit me: I have to remember that I'm spending too much time doing that one thing in the morning that can be solved if I do it the night before and spend that time in the morning not rushing my breakfast which will put my tummy in a good mood, which then puts me in a good mood and I'm nicer to people that I have to work with and can nicely ask them to do things and have them not take it personally. I can also reprimand when needed and not loose my temper,or be unprofessional and behave like one of those bosses you always complain about.
The thing about making things better is that we forget to enjoy when things are good just the way they are. I'm gonna be thankful, again and again for those things. Thank you.

                                Working out in the NOHO-Thursday
My dear CHIMICHUMGAS, I got up and walked for an hour today. I love that feeling of getting something done. It's even better to get something done when you don't want to do it. Maybe even more so.
I know some people don't consider walking a form of exercise. It is. I know it is because a doctor told me to do it to get in shape a long time ago and I did it. I know it is also because if you've ever walked for thirty minutes anywhere, you will be covered in sweat soon enough, I found that out to my dismay once when I would have preferred to not be covered in sweat, thanks. So if you think walking is not a form of exercise, try it for 30 minutes, ask your doctor first, of course. If you don't have a doctor (like the millions of Americans that currently don't) plans may change thanks to some legislation that is in the works in these great UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. You will soon be covered in sweat and then it's just a matter of repeating this to get a routine. You can do it, of course. What are you waiting for? an invitation-you got it.
Change is possible if you really want it. I really want it. So I get it, everyday. I wish  you happiness, because like a spiritual chain; when you're happy, it comes back to me one way or another.
