In case you're wondering why I am having all these headlines after the date, and not really posting anything about them, is simple (in my head anyway). I'm just reminding myself that I need to stay focused on a couple of subjects and keep in mind all these small tasks that I think would make a big difference if done continuously to awful companies from acting like pieces of sh*t . These are just things that I think I need to accomplish to remind companies that without us, the customer, they really are nothing. That is just a fact.
