okay okay this is honestly my favorite song on this album

Just sheer weirdo sounds coming off of this one. All echoes and laser-ray sound effects. Complaining about paparazzi or one of my chief complaint at shows I've attended in recent years CAMERA PHONES ALL AGLOW during a show. It's a great song when you get used to sound effects being used as bones for a song structure. Some have been complaining about how AF has changed their sound and possibly not being as good as they once were. BULLSHIT. Still innovative and continuing on their unique path as a group being a collective of sorts and creating music that is worth listening to, not just some exercise in the mechanics of being a pop group.
Much has been made of the fact that the line "Do you like Rock N Roll Music?, 'cause I don't know if I do..." is casually thrown in on NORMAL PERSON. Is this the end of Rock music, some ask. Seriously, so after years of doing one type of music you seem to be getting tired of the genre? Well duh! Change it up. That is why side projects were created. Ever hear of Tom Tom Club? And who? I ask still owns a copy of Chris Gaines because I have never seen so many copies in the used cd bin, remember that summer project? Wow. So let's enjoy it while it lasts guys, there will be a new flavor sooner or later let us enjoy this night time while we got it, yes?
