As I was saying earlier in the week, nothing beats a good sweat. So that is what I've been up to all week. Also, I've been keeping busy with all these new television shows like SHAMELESS on SHOWTIME (just went into last episodes for the season). And the ability to see these episodes over and over thanks to the benefits of technologies like DVRs and full season on dvd's. Ahh terrible, just terrible I tell you, I cannot stop watching!!
