Frellas (that's friends and fellas) we are definitely going in the right direction. We're becoming comfortable being ourselves and by default, becoming simply better. We like who we're becoming, overall its been a Nice year, wasn't it? We worked out, but more importantly, we worked it out. I just recently got my wind back and started getting ready for the new era, mentally and in the physical aspect also. I didn't know why I needed a second wind, until I came upon this movie I saw. It's called You betcha! Then I realized we've just barely begun to recover from the emotional roller-coaster that is a presidential election. It really took it out of me for a bit there. But I'm good, now. I'm ready.
I've begun cleaning out mah drawers (the dresser drawers) and shelves. Some of you may have noticed I started posting text regularly, again. When I don't post text it just means that I'm off running my mouth somewhere else or am a little too busy but don't worry, my mind is still always going and going and going. I just may not be around a computer as much as is required to formulate manwasidrunk visually and also legibly. Meaning? I gots too much on my cabeza (that's spanolo for head, you're welcome, my amigoes) to formulate something you can read. But I take very seriously the adage a picture is worth a thousand words; I'm speaking volumes with every picture I'm posting. I'm visual like that (wink). So let us continue on this path and let's get ready for ...whatever...

We did good during this election year. No, I didn't forget that we just emerged from an election that was so full of lies and flat out denying where we fall terribly short on, if we want to continue to be a leader in the future. It is true.
The election issues avoided, where we need to improve on, who the culprits are for our continuing financial woes, decade in and decade out. This political party seems to always be in the thick of deception and having to explain their archaic core beliefs. There seems to be an insistence by to be in the right regardless of what elections results, show. This party has taken Zero responsibility, it's a political party that is bent on remaining in the dark. This party prides itself on not assisting the lower classes but dishing out financial breaks for the more capital endowed, the bigger pocketbooks. I think it's time we start coming clean about this party and their misguided notions about what we want in leadership.
I don't expect things to change over night and I don't think change comes just because we wish it. I realize this is a commitment and I'm down. I am tired of a party that is a bully when it comes to its idea of co-existence. And I am tired of the idea that they think we won't notice because they wrap themselves up in a flag, memorize bible verses, and self-label themselves as spokesmen with no basis. I think we're done with not being considered true countrymen simply because of where we live, or don't live. We can live anywhere we wish as long as its in the USA, and still be considered Americans. I'm tired of being labeled un-American because we live on a coast (east or west). We're labeled as un-American because we choose to embrace the future and we want to bring along a healthy ecology and not take the planet for granted, anymore. Not true and let's get us some representation that says so. Your vote does count. Are we ready for the next one?
