MY DEAR CHIMICHANGOS, I've missed you so much. How have you been. I've been a little preoccupied with making this blog look pretty and stuff, and all the while I've been thinking and writing but I didn't want to overwhelm myself or you guys. So I kept it light and fun. How are you guys? seriously spill...we're all ears...C'mon fellas don't be shy now tell us all about it. Any crazy drama filled parties to talk about? any divulged secrets that you were sworn to take to your grave that you accidentally blurted out in large groups of people on several occasions?? It's okay...this is a safe place tell us about it....But wait! before you tell us about it, take a deep breath and quiet down everything around you. I've got so much to tell you too so let's goooo.......

THERE'S A RUMOR GOING AROUND IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SOMETHING PERSONAL BUT THE CAT IS OUT OF THE BAG... I'M BY NO MEANS A PROFESSIONAL, BUT SURE I'LL GIVE YOU MY PERSONAL OPINION...
So you've decided to cut back on your drinking for the New Year. I get it.You're not an alcoholic (okaay), so you don't need AA. Or to stop altogether (we ain't crazy), you know? Just cut back. Holding back on the sippy sipps (what with the pending public urination charges and the issues with blacking out lately after every weekend). Well then you're at the right place!
Because here at man was I drunk! We believe you can achieve anything you want if you set you mind to it. It doesn't matter what that is. Whatever you want, go out and get it. Anything. Even if what you want is to be exactly who you are at this very moment. You are perfectly fine the way you are but (hear me out) but even better if there is something you'd like to work on on a regular basis, but somehow always seem to forget because of how fast paced day to day living can be. That is what we do here! We believe that if you take the fifteen to 30 minutes a day to listen to the meditation videos provided daily, you can gather your thoughts with a moment of relaxing music. This relaxation in turn serves to charge up your energy anew if you wish, and wind you down fully at the end of you day, whatever time that may be for you. Whatever internal clock your body is running on. We can do it all. Really. We just have to prioritize our goals and schedule a break so your mind and body can get better with age. It is possible, yes you can, just do a checkup daily and stretch out a bit. Stretch out both your body and your mind. Before I forget: don't forget to always drink plenty of water, and get plenty of sleep. It's just good for you.
Or... You can also just kick your shoes off and enjoy this blog for the anecdotes, the stories, or the pictures. If you laugh and enjoy it a tenth of the total amount I enjoy posting it, then I must thank you for your time. So go ahead relax, enjoy and recommend us to your friends. And for those of you still doing some form of exercise regularly, or daily: great job! I've been doing it so it's just something I do as I stumble out of bed and put on my shoes, or after work as I change shoes and walk out the door and furiously walk until I break out a sweat (30-45 min.) . So come on! Let's do this. the new year is right around the corner, and we want to feel great. Are you ready?
