My mp3 player was not charged and I really wanted to listen to something I just recently got. It sounded well enough on the preview, I'll keep you guys posted on just how good it really is. I really like it when an album grows on you the more you listen to it and not one that you can tire of easily, once you've played the popular catchier songs.
On the subject of the internet connection, again I called for assistance, and we will see if it continues to drop several times in the day. Here's to hopping its down to if not zero, like 2 months ago, then once or twice at the most. I need to download and upload my instructional dance video clips (fingers crossed).

My weight seems to have stopped going up. That's a good thing. My new doctor and myself are still trying to get my dosage right for the umpteenth time. This may still affect my weight. In the meantime, I continue to walk daily. Don't forget to join me in doing some physical activity for 30 minutes to an hour, those of you that can, and don't forget to check with your doctor first. This will keep you in shape during the fatty Holidays that almost upon us have you checked decorations at store recently?
