KICKING BUTT AND TAKING NOTES AND NAMES
Keep a journal of some kind. I hope I'm not bugging you guys with my suggestions for people that want some decent positive friends to surround themselves with, and the idea that listening to the news in the background as a form of staying informed constantly as to what is being said and what is not being said in the wold and to take notes and keep a journal maybe of what you'd like to see and hear about, because it may be you that provides and fills this need. Don't be scared to succeed and be a leader, it's a good thing. Keeping a journal let's you keep track of what is going on in your mind what worries you, and what you'd like to see change. Keeping a journal long enough gets you in the habit of writing down your thoughts, and communicates with your mind on a different level. It teaches you how to slow down your thought process, and gives your mind a breather. Just a thought.
I simply want to share what works for me and hope that slowing down in this fast world will allow you to realize that we are such amazing creatures and so resilient and capable of sooo much. And that much of what we seek is already in us. In our DNA, in our minds, and in our need to have friends, and be happy, all the answers are already in us in each and every one of our blessed hears, if we just learn to listen and trust it.
