It feels so good to get that little extra done in a day. Getting things done is so bad-ass especially if you do it all the time. If you can regularly get shit done around the house, take care of those that need taking care of and send them off to their day, get food stuff ready, and on top of that get in 15-45 minutes a day to take care of yourself physically and mentally, that makes you a bad-ass. If you want to manage all of this with a smile, make sure you get your sleep. Cause your days will wear you out.

I'm sweating all the time, if I haven't told you recently. Once I got used to it, it was like I opened the gates to a dam. I like it, so long as I remember to drink plenty (I mean pleeeenty) of water, and those drinks with sodium. Usually when I get a headache or can't stand myself or anybody else around me, I realize I haven't drank any water, fifteen minutes later, I'm fine. So don't forget to hydrate because were still in the warm months (if you're in SO CALI it'll be warm for a while longer, if I remember last few years). Drink up, and stay sweaty you manly man you.
