    What is up my sweet honey bunches of goats? We made it to the end of the week, safe and sound. I know it felt a little iffy there for a bit when doing 2 posts seemed to be too much, yet made sense, somehow. All the while the internet provider has been taking a dump on us. And have not been able to be sort out WTF is wrong. Maybe its the heat. I know I've been feeling like a 10.
     I hope you guys liked the changes this week, told you guys so much was going on and all of it is good. We are now ablog about men's health (what's next a dancing proclamation or claim of some kind?-the blog about mens health through the power of dance.).
    Fellas, I am truly excited to be alive at this point in our history, it is so important, exciting and so emotionally powerful. I post a lot complaining about things that are wrong not to annoy you or whine, but because I feel these are things that can be easily fixed, if we work together and flex our muscles, our power. Our physical muscle as well as our societal power. We are truly living in a time where we can affect change if we stick to our guns and ask for things to change. Let's build a network of like-minded individuals that want change and are willing to spend 30 minutes a day doing things that will make this happen.. We want to be heard and represented accordingly, yes? Of course. Now the question is: Are we ready?
