what is up my sweet and sour pancake corn tortilla rolls? I am so happy to know that some of you are finding it real easy to get a routine that is healthy and good for you, and over-all stay with it. Staying with  a routine can be the hardest because it's not cool and edgy or what's happening now. By it's nature a routine is repetitive and seldom sporadic. It's just so good to get on these sort of things that I wish I could just do it for you for one week so that you could see the results, but alas that is impossible. No matter my how much my caretaker aspect would love to do it for you guys so that you could see just how beneficial it is for you to walk, run or any such activity for 30-45 minutes a day. It's astounding. You will just have to do for yourself, and trust that it really is all I claim it is. Do it, would it kill you?
