GETTING A GOOD ROUTINE
A body will communicate to you through pain and soreness to let you know that it needs to stretch more and be listened to and cared for, and payed more attention to. Try and listen to what your body is telling you, get in tune with your body. And please try and get your good sleep, drink plenty of water and exercise to get your sweat glands working to purify your body with the plenty of you water you're drinking. Your body will thank you for it.Get in tune with your body fellas, it's a daily thing. You will see the difference in no time at all.
