One of the things I do regularly and I constantly have to make sure is not happening is Missing the opportunity to appreciate and be thankful for what is just perfectly wonderful. Loved ones that care about me, The ability to better myself through exercise and other physical abilities I often take for granted. The beautiful world we get to share everyday with all its wonder even if its populated with people driven by the mighty 9-5 and their genuine distaste for it. Folks living for the rat race, if you will, when they don't even remember signing up for any race at all (I know I didn't).

NOHO-TUESDAY
I woke up and did my 60 minutes of working out. I sweat and felt like I was on fire. Physically, I was hot temperature-wise. It feels real good to get a sweat on early in the day for those of you that have been curious.
You wouldn't think that would be a good thing, I know, but it somehow makes sense. I hope some of you are deciding to join the three of us that are doing something about the way we want to feel. It's easy, it's just a matter of getting used to keeping a routine and that's what we're here for, you guys keep me posting and doing something worthy of posting and you guys read regularly and maybe benefit in other ways by joining in the activities. Either way we all end up winning.
