                     C'mon! WE GOT THIS!-It's just sweat.

    You know what? I really like that instead of paying the hundreds of dollars that it cost to get to belong to the gym, and the half hour to get there and find parking and a place to warm up at, I have already begun and am almost done with my one hour a day walking exercise. Pretty cocky and cool.

Don't forget to hydrate, we don't want to see you on the news suffering from heat stroke and dehydration.

             NOHO- So you are on a quest to get better and better, I hear, Is that about right?
My deer, sweet glazed chicken tenders, did I mention that I am going to incorporate recycling into the things to do, some of you are already doing this, I was too except that I was not putting all those little plastic wrappers that come on just about everything you buy: cup cakes, ding dongs, wieners, you name it it comes wrapped in some thin little plastic piece of crap to keep it fresh. Now, I keep all the recyclables in one container, and in that container, I have a plastic bag that fits all the other little plastic bags and tiny wrappers, so it never goes into the regular trash and hopefully wont make it into some landfill, that may one day be a beautiful park with trees, that I would vote for. Wow, we are like superheroes and stuff if we keep it up.
    I am still exercising one hour a day and sweating out the bad while breathing in the good in counts of three's, one two three. One after the other, with out fail everyday: one, two, three...
