Welcome to Man was I drunk!.The place where I try to make sense of things. The place where I can talk to myself and get motivated or stay motivated or express my awe. This is the place where I sometimes vent at the political landscape or lack thereof, at the apathy that permeates our daily lives. I talk to myself but by all means feel free to take anything that may apply to you. I feel honored to have someone visit let alone take from here, this little space on the internet that I have decorated with the re-purposed and the re-blogged. Getting to the point where Monday seems like something awesome is a great thing. You gotta love the opportunity to get things, started, to get the ball rolling or to finish up the unfinished from the previous week to then get started and get the ball rolling are we ready yet? the week is about to be in full swing starting...now.

Exercising is the best way to get ready and stay ready I found. I am so lucky and happy to be able to do it. to pull on my shoe laces and get to the streets and start sweating on top of the other two things I'm doing to get better.
