    Went to pick up family at airport, I was so happy! I truly enjoy when loved ones get the opportunity to travel and take it. I know I never miss a chance. I travel through other people's travel, in any event, when they tell me the details.So it's a win win, right?     I feel that if you have the chance, the time, and the ability to regularly let companies know when they are misbehaving, I strongly feel you should. I'm talking to myself again as a reminder, but if you guys out there reading this, get a desire to do the same, then by all means, do so, I'd pat you on the back and not at all in a condescending manner, if that were the case and we weren't currently in digital WWW time. 
    Also, I looking for a form letter that I can post where you could simply copy and paste and fill in the details (company name, chief complaint and one's intended form of demonstrating dissatisfaction). Let me know if you guys know of any readily available. Then we'd show this companies just how much we don't appreciate being taken for granted.  Yes, I'm still upset by that particular cable company that just insisted on providing such poor customer service, in the poorest English language, and think we would not take notice, not enough to complain, in any event, simply because they repeatedly air commercials that say they are sorry and want our business back. You are not sorry, so quit airing your stupid commercial. Uggh! Cable company! Take notice stupid cable company: we are on to you and we will continue to drop you and not take your calls like an ex lover that got caught cheating and the whole while they borrowed money to cheat.
