Sorry my brochachos about how real it got yesterday, on the post about a dark life. It's only because I feel so strongly about our well being as a whole. I believe we are united by so many things that we share, so many similar interest, even though often we focus on our difference. But I seriously believe and have faith in the fact that a lot of the bad health and well being of large groups of people can be easily improved by a little better planning of the day or, time management. I do honestly feel that a few minutes a day dedicated to being better owners of our bodies, by paying attention to your aches and pains and it's maintenance like a lawnmower or a great car, would solve so many issues we are developing as we get older ( not that I'm getting any older mind you, I'm looking just like I did when I was 15, a couple of years ago).
So let's get to it and spend those 30-40 minutes a day to work out with a doctor recommended routine and listen to your body and address the knees or back that may be asking for more stretching time to get things circulating up in there and have the body repair itself, as its designed to. You body is a miracle and the things it does just never cease to amaze me.
Are we ready to take control of our lives?

Are we ready to be happier human beings? Well c'mon then. Let's do it.

Get some coffee, and relax thinking about what you want to do this weekend, and plan it out so you get out and hang around, and get reacquainted with the local attractions.- But it's boring here and there's nothing to do!! I hate it here! -Experience them like you were a tourist, that way when somebody asks you: what's it like where you live? you can point out the local things that you see everyday and maybe find boring or dumb, but a visitor would find cute or charming or fun as all heck.
