make it simple-Keeping three things in mind at a time.
That is the proposal I'm making to get things going. I try not keeping more than three tasks spinning in my head at one time. I tend to get overwhelmed and not finish any one thing, which leads me to get frustrated, tired, sad, confused or any combination of these things. I'm keeping a list and checking off a task as I get it done. It's working so far. I'll keep you posted.
1-exercise- alternating: stretching one day, walking next day, weights next day. for 45min.-1 hour.
2-breakfast; protein, fruit
3-shower get ready to leave.
