Dear sweet taquitos-fajitos, how are you guys? I have begun to feel maybe summer heat will not be reaching a bigger smoothering heat wave as can happen. Memory reminds us of just a few summers ago when sweat was expected even during sleep around this time of year. I dispensed suggestions for the overly sweaty (not a real thing) No conversation began without the phrase : can you believe this heat??, or the popular : God take me now before it gets too hot to even think about travelling anywhere, or even leaving this house! Ah good time, good times. It may still heat up plenty, but the immobilizing heat of other years? nah...
