GET CRAZY! It is the first friday of 2017, chimichangos, you can officially go nuts in the New Year. Don't go too crazy, like making-the-news-crazy, but sure, go nuts. I am excited as to how this year will play out and what shenanigans we'll see our presidential administration try to wiggle out of or into. I may go out more this year, as last year I was too busy to go out much. Sure there is less and less bar and clubs now, I guess guys aren't really going out physically, perhaps virtually? Good Thursday morning my little chimichangos! I was out of commision yesterday because I had to go into work extra early yesterday. I was running, running all day, then it rained. After days and days of gloomy weather, it finally rained. I just happened to get caught up in it at the last minute and wasn't wearing my waterproof go-go boots. It wasn't a disaster, but my shoes did not appreciate the soak. It's all good because we need the rain so bad these last couple of years here in LaLa Land. It is raining still but I've been armed with a pair of steel plated, water repellant penny loafers, so I'll be fine. I think they are equipped with floatation devices, we may use that feature today. That wasn't so bad, first workday of the year over, second day about to begin, although I was late to work (thanks metro transit!). Everybody was very quiet at work, probably from lack of sleep and some hangovers. I just needed some rest, I kind of rested last night, I could use some more but this day is about to begin so no more rest today! It is Tuesday my little chimichangos! The first Tuesday of 2017. Their will be many more Tuesdays and we will share laughs and giggles on many of them this year as well as share many shocking jaw dropping moments in which I reveal surprising family secrets and toxic plans I've made against some of you and you'll get many a chance to throw a glass of white wine at the general direction of my face as everyone gasps (wait a minute...that doesn't sound right-sensible me), but that's for later. Today we celebrate the first Tuesday of the year, pretty soon we'll have a fat Tuesday but not today (unless you try real hard). Today, try to stay out of harms' way and gossipy negative people, chances are if they're talking about someone else, they probably talk about you too, behind your back, so stay away. Also stay away from people who complain without pausing to think about the good things in life. They drain you emotionally, and you will need to be emotionally fortified this year, we've got a lot to do. Are you guys ready? 2017! ManwasIdrunk.

Good Monday morning my sweet and tender hooligans! It it the second day of the new year. I don't know if you guys are ready for this and all it entails but it's here anyways and we're doing this...already. It's on and popping. Funny that the new year and Christmas was on a weekend this past year, it makes the following Mondays a bit weird right before going to work, surreal. It leaves you feeling doubtful and asking 'Did that really happen?' I got a warm blue zip up sweater for Christmas and I really love it. I hope you guys had a great time and all of your wishes came true, especially if your dreams were to survive to see 2017, CONGRATULATIONS! YOU MADE IT. I am truly grateful to see this new year arrive. I cannot avoid feeling hopeful for this year, but am aware that it is a daily thing and life is just shifty and fluid like water or sand through cupped hands. So let us be thankful on a daily basis and try to be the best version of ourselves we can be. Let's forgive ourselves when we forget to follow our plans or miss a day of diet, let's not be so hard on ourselves. Be more forgiving and loving of you and your daily trek through this life.
